Team Fit For Anything is guided by a very simple principle: We support, guide and assist each other to become Fit For Anything by sharing health and fitness knowledge and by working out together as a team. In O.C.R. Total fitness is required, cardiovascular fitness, strength, agility, flexibility, specific techniques, a dose of adaptability and mental attributes too. Team Fit For Anything provides technical obstacle training and gives you advice on all aspects of obstacle course racing.
